Most expensive bank. ************s. No value for money. No idea what customer care is.
Firstly this bank is expensive for nothing. You will get competitive quotes basically at any other insurance provider (I moved to outsurance which is much cheaper and offers better cover). Standard Bank has no consideration for lifetime clients - I've been treated better by Thai street vendors than this bank of which I have been a client for about 15 years. Standard bank has NO actual interest in protecting it's clients. They will take all of your money at every chance they get and provide you with absolutely NOTHING in return. And they trap you into their contracts so hard, you will never get out. Don't even test the waters with these ones, you will come out last.

So maybe you can start by reading up on a Treating Customers Fairly policy. Your service is bogus and I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy sign up with you for any product.
