It is impossible to get through to Standard Bank Insurance via phone or e-mail. They just do not answer their phones or do not reply to e-mails. We had serious damage due to burst pipes in the roof. Ceilings had to be removed. We cannot get any assistance at all. This is the worst company to EVER deal with. I will have to pay all these bills myself and ask the court for assistance. My premiums are paid up to date in order for the non workers to get a salary... Standard Bank Insurance is the worst company I ever had to deal with. Their service is non existing and if, by means of a miracle, you get hold of them, their contractors' work is so substandard that a three year old could do the job better. You are DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
