MOST *********** COMPANY ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

Since October 2022 I have tried to cancel my building Insurance with Std Bank. I've been pushed and shoved and sidetracked to all these departments: '***'; '***'; '***'; '***'; '***'; *** NOT ONE COMPETENT STAFF MEMBER. When you call the number provided *** or the *** you are diverted put on hold being told you through to the wrong division (although the options are pretty clear) then obviously cut off ! I have been paying dual Insurance with them & Out for 7 months, I've been into the Branch and the Consultant said that's they don't handle this type of Query. What does one have to do to get SERVICE from them ? I would highly advise that nobody ever sign up with them.
