More nightmares with Standardbank insurance.

After going thru hell with this company,after my car and household insurance was cancelled by a staff member,I' went multiple instructions to get it back ,nothing was done to the staff member,and no reason given on why I was refused a lower premium, last year, after I complained about the increase!now for the past 2 months I've been getting encrypted messages which I can't open up that there's something wrong with my policy!this month I had to help someone ,financially ,but I got my money back ,but was too late to or my debit order,now my policy is suspended ,usually I'm still covered,and they will debit me double next month ,but now it's just not the case ,I'm not allowed to deposit my premium in ,so now I'm again at looking for other insurance,I hate this way Standard Bank treats it's customer's,and I have been with them for more than 18 years ,but it shows they are getting rid of certain customers,
