So annoyed with the lack of service and response. Our pipes burst. When the plumbers arrived they were incredibly reckless and careless. Stating that if anything is broken the insurance would cover it. They broke into our roof to fix the pipes, leaving the clean up to us, the owners. After what I would say a quick fix, under 30min. They stated that someone of the insurance would contact us about the roof. I phoned the insurance with no return call but a simple we were given the wrong information. A week later with a gaping hole still remaining. Nothing and no one has gotten back to us. Extremely disappointed. After 45 min of airtime waisted, still cleaning where the roof is open and stuff still drops down. I personally would not recommend anyone to this absolute ****. We already paid the plumbers for a really poor job and incomplete job. Not to mention the fact that the water flow from our geezer is still low.
