Mistake to have chosen them

Honestly poor, not helpful, very bad communication, not willing to go extra mile is an huge understatement for this experience we had. The other day browsing their website I came across this "Make your home a place where you can always relax, knowing that everything’s properly insured – from the structure itself to your valuables inside." Wow relax is the last word on my mind with this experience.
