misselling

Please assist, I took a cover that was supposed to be R79.00 for R300000.00 life cover but my account is debited with R108.

I did not receive the policy contract via email as promised.

Kindly cancel this policy and refund me for misspelling a product to me, I have called all std ins contact number ***,***and ***and told I do not have a policy. std bank also cannot stop or reverse the debit order on their system???
