Miscommunication

I logged a claim for my garage door motor. I live in Eastern Cape, but an Assessor from Gauteng was appointed to assess the damage. Somehow a local assessor made an appointment, and came our to my premises. Took photos, and submitted it while still at my premises. When I followed up on the progress, I was td that I refused the assessor appointed. Then the same Assssor from Gauteng contacted me again, as he was appointed once again. I made another followup, but no response yet
