Mischievous brokers that never respond to emails when you want to cancel policies

<p>SBIB are white collar *******. They have mechanisms in place to ***** from customers. I took out insurance with them for my homeloan after receiving advice that the registration process will be quicker. I subsequently took a cheaper insurance with another institution and instructed this LOW standard Bank to cancel the policies I hold with them . I have been trying to cancel these policies now for over a month.</p> <p>I received an email from one of their agents supposedly to contain important information(policy schedule), it was riddled with errors and duplication of the same lines, living proof of LOW standard. I responded to the same email address, requesting a cancellation, it’s been over a month and 9 emails with no response. I also made calls and got other email addresses and i know they recieved my emails because initially they gave me a wrong email address, i called again and got a different agent that gave same email address but after i told her its not working then she gave me another email address, and my emails went through. I have called them three times, speaking with different agents and they told me to send emails, i have sent emails for cancellation, and still have not received a single response from their agents. I am left with no option but will have to block my homeloan debit order, because the insurance is combined in it.</p>
