Minor claim still not paid 3 months later

Been trying to follow up on a claim submitted 3 months ago, no one is interested to assisted after numerous calls made to Standard Bank insurance and speaking to their managers. No one is getting back to us. I’ve never come across such - you are a useless insurer.
