mind you step when it comes to Insurance

It is now 6 months that I am trying to get a letter from Frank Insurance working through Standard bank to get a letter stating my policy has been cancelled but to no avail. My request are bluntly ignored and every month I have to stand in a queue trying and begging to get my debit order reversed This is absolutely not on and will also referred this matter now to the ombudsman and financial controlling body I am looking at future investments but have made it a point not to not make use of Frank Insurance and have also mentioned to a number of people of my experience
