Mess up financial department
They still haven't resolved the mess they created, not even willing to help out or meet as halfway

26 Feb 2024, 11:57My car got ****** on the 4th of January, insurance payout and the short fall cover. Few day's later I got a call that the money was allocated wrongful and I must return the refund. I did but now I still have an outstanding amount, who must pay for it? How can the financial department do such a mistake
