Mavis Ledwaba has to be the star of the team. I took a chance in promising my client at 16h00 on Friday that I'd call him before 5 with a break down of the payment for his written off car only to find that the individual working with this kind of queries had left for the day. Mavis Ledwaba took ownership of the query even though she did not have to and that made me a star to my client because Mavis helped me deliver to my promise. Thank you Mavis
