M irate angry and disappointed

I have put a claim on the 28/12/2021 in regard to the car accident l had, my car was taken to auction nation on the 29/12, l spoke to Johnson Mbali & Mapule, Johnson advices me that m going to get feedback after 48 hrs, after 20 days l told that they received my car last week, l called again told that they received it yesterday and still waiting for assessors, m really ****ed, cos Johnson have been lying to me since.m ****en ****ed really with this *********** agants
