Lying to get clients then refuse to pay claims

So I cancelled my insurance home and contents insurance with my expensive but good insurer because Standard bank **** and sold me a lie as a good deal. They said they will give me a less premium and on top of that were running a special where they will reduce my premium even further.

Fast forward to claim time they refused my claims. It was clear from the first call I made to claim that they will reject they claim. It's like every one from call center to assessor to technician all are trained on how to reject a claim.
