Lucia Yende you deserve flowers ma’am

Went to Standard bank Clearwater this weekend to open a stokvel account with my siblings, and when we got there sitting with a consultant we realised my brother had forgotten his ID smart card. So we went back home to fetch it and went back to the same branch.

We got there around 11 am and we knew it was late as it takes a while to open such an account. The consultant who helped us on our return was Ms Lucia Yende, she was so patient with us, she explained everything about the account, she didn’t dismiss or rush the process.

Thank you for this, because we we turned away from Standard Bank The Glen the previous weekend in a very dismissive way.
