I was assisted by Lizal Hudson on my policy updates when i called. She took the liberty of reviewing the entire policy with me to makes sure that there is current and adequate information and where applicable she even referred to the underwriters for further review. She kept her word to get back to me and ensure that i understood the changes before i approved the revised policy.
