Lost Hope

There's been a very long queue for almost two weeks or so, apparently due to renovation at standard bank mall of the North. The least we could expect is to have them assist clients on a first come first served, basis. However, they check on individual cases and categorize as Enquiries and teller. Then create two qeues. We had to qeue for more than 5 hours including elderly people, just because ur categorized Enquiries. I don't think it's fair. TO rub salt on the wound, one personnel come out of the branch to take pictures without asking for our permission. As if we're mucky mouse which needs some TV fame. This isn't s****s problem, but, common sense crisis.
