Lost all respect for this brand

I am very very disappointed in the way Standard Bank Insurance handles queries, I have battled for a month to register a claim, spend a lot of airtime while waiting for someone to pick up the call. It's so easy for you to take my money but when it comes to claiming, it is an absolute nightmare. I have lost all respect for your brand
