Lizel Hudson outstanding customer service

I take this opportunity to complement an outstanding service from Lizel Hudson. I was not sure that I needed the services from Standard bank until I went to a branch and make a longest call that changed my perception about standard bank. I was very frustrated and irritated when a teller could not help me or at least hear me out. She made me hate the Standard and I drove back without help. Ms Hudson assist me without prejudice and spend hours on phone to just listen and understand my problem. She called me on Monday and informed me that she had attended the matter. For the very first time in my life a bank has never said anything like admitted to a mistake. I received an apology card and gift from Standard Bank. Ms Hudson performance far exceeded my expectations.

Thanks for the good gesture. I'm now more than happy and feel valuable to the company.
