life insurance claims

I need to get life insurance documents from stardard bank in order to submit to the courts, because i received a letter of inventory to collect on behalf of my spouse but no one is answering the phone ive been on hold for more then 30 minz plus, i have sent emails to them everyday but no one is responding, even went to the branch but we were still put on hold by the life insurance guys. Can standard bank please call me back
