Life cover policy

I have joined life policy with standard Bank since 2015,because the consultant who was helping told me about life cover policy then I took the policy,so I today 24May 2024 I called standard Bank wanted to found if they can loan certain amount then they explain that they can't since these policy it's accidental cover of which I did not take accident cover I took life cover policy and if I ask can't they change to life cover, they say can't and if I don't die through accident they won't pay. It's how standard Bank ****ming clients for 9yrs!!! and after that can't can't help me with anything whereas they've been debating my account.I'm soooooo hurt and traumatized by their actions I am asking for your help please I need it it's so painful to loose money just like that for 9yrs,and being a single parent trying to make ends meet
