LIES AND RUDELESS SALES

im writing this email from a very disappointed view, I've been banking with standard bank for a very long time I've never considering moving up until now when I want to check my savings on money market.

Westgate mall branch told me to remove my savings from the 32 days notice account to the money market for better interest.

i want my interest now, i've been told a certain balance of R20k needs to be in the account to have gained interest. this was never communicated to me as they were pushing sales not carrying for their client. how can someone move their money for nothing like this? So standard bank use their clients to make sales and do not care about their interest. i phoned customer service they gave me the person's name who helped me Sandra Strydom; i want my interest from the first year i started saving.
