Level of service SHOCKING

So I logged a complaint yesterday. You reaponded by giving me an email address which doesn't work. I commented to inform you about it and you didnt bother getting back to me. So late yesterday I receive another email confirming that I now have insurance with standard bank. I Do Not Want Your Insurance. CANCEL ITTTTTT. I am so glad I picked up on your terrible service before cancelling my old insurance. I say it again. Cancel the insurance you have on my name.

And please dont comment here with you no good email address. CANCEL IT
