Legit or not

Not quite sure what you are doing. Had 2 contractors send out for one problem. Both found different problems to the same thing. Had to pay one contractor for material and repairs and now the other contractor wants to replace the entire thing. Seems like someone is making money or your contractors are not sincere and just fighting for their own pockets
