Legal
I want to start by saying that I am absolutely flabbergasted, repulsed, and exasperated by how Standard Bank and African Recovery Services have dealt with this claim. I urge you once again to take the time and look at some of the Hello Peter reports around the pathetic service that people are experiencing with African Recovery Services.
I am dumbfounded that Standard Bank is affiliated with such an unprofessional organization.
Apart from our claim being declined because your client is blatantly lying about what happened, African Recovery Services is now demanding payment for the damages from us. What a JOKE!
The witnesses being your clients’ “colleagues” who arrived on the scene after the accident. If that is the case, then my wife who was present at the time of the accident, can be my witness. Secondly, I did not skip the red robot, your client did, and he admitted to being at fault before his partner and colleagues that arrived later convinced him otherwise.
Your client also turned in front of us, meaning that he changed direction and that he takes 60% legal responsibility in making sure that it is safe to do so. I am certainly not at fault. We will proceed with legal action in our personal capacity against your client in his personal capacity. We will also proceed with legal action against African Recovery Services.
There is a recorded Conversation by First Help To Standard Bank Vehicle Insurance informing that their their Client admit guilt and if both card should be towed based on his confession, we were promised by Rochelle from African recovery solutions that this call would be made available to us, up until now we have not received the call, because the truth is in that call. This case was reported to both Louis Muzangwa who is head of operations at Standard Bank as well as Kaitlyn Samuel who is the team leader for the division and both doesn't care enough to look into the claims made by so many people on Hello Peter. When did Standard became this type of institute that doesnt care ?? Is this the Core values whom you made your employees learn so religiously and passionately?? Is this what I believed in for 9 years of being a Standard Bank Employee. I have lost all respect for Standard Bank.
