Left to die

Had a vehicle breakdown on the N3. Called for roadside assistance as i have standard bank vehicle insurance. It's almost 2 hours later im still on the road with Standard bank insurance and AA (standard bank service provider) sending me from pillar to post. It will be dark soon, my battery is dying and im left in the middle of nowhere. Here i thought i had a reliable insure
