LAZY STANDARD BANK FUNERAL COVER STAFF!

Called Standard Bank to query 2 additional debit orders on my account. Spoke to Maxwell and he called me back and transferred me to their Funeral Department. He called me back from +***0 and transferred me insurance funeral dept. Call went through and just hung. So the "agent got the call and decided NOT to speak hoping I would drop and call again as they are lazy to work! This is NOT the 1st time I've had such horrible service from STD Funeral dept. Imagine ALL those people who've lost loved ones and they must deal with such staff! Marienne Burger please fix this! Am considering taking my cover to Capitec as their rates are similar to yours., Get your QA department to start doing their jobs and getting these LAZY PEOPLE FIRED! This department is run like a government department with UNCARING LAZY STAFF!
