Late G.Anderson case #***6

To whom it may concern,

A claim was made for premiums deducted from the deceased estate for 15 months on policy *** and 12 months on policy ***.

Since the process to have this issue dealt with, started in 2019 and having made many attempts to have this matter finalised with no success, I'm asking

1) How much more than the 4 years would you need to bring this matter to an end?

2) Is it common practice for SBIB to insure a dead person?
