Late estate account closure

I have send an e-mail to Standard Bank deceased estate and called numerous times for assistance to close my late moms bank account without success. i have been advised that i will receive an e-mail with all the information and steps that i need to follow but nothing is forthcoming. In the meantime, my mom's bank account continues to run costs as i am being given the run around from one consultant to another. this is becoming very frustrating as Std Bank is not assisting with the necessary paperwork and steps and if i transfer money in the account they reject the money, thus i feel they are exploiting the situation as they want to continue the account running high in bank charges.
