Lacking customer service

i Have been trying to get hold of Standard bank for the past 2 days to no avail : 1.called the company 2. sent an email twice to :*** 3. Requested a call back twice from the website. the current excuse is the covid 19 pandemic?? did the company reduce staff during this period?
