Lack of service for home owners insurance

I have been waiting over a month for Standard bank home owners insurance to send the assessor to my house to assess the damage. I’ve called once a week and still no assessor came or called. The call agent has apologized to me 3 times because the assessor has not called or come. It’s a simple matter , fix my house or tell me why I pay insurance. Not happy anymore
