Lack of Service and feedback

There is absolutely no service provided by Standard Bank Insurance. After the massive storm in Johannesburg my house was flooded. They sent out companies to provide a quote. The quotes have been submitted and now they are not providing any feedback. When I call all they say is that they need to send another assessor to site but, there is no one appointed nor is there any feedback from them. Their online system is useless and the long wait when you call is ridiculous. All they try to do is to sell you products.
