Lack of service

<p>I took a life insurance contract in November with this bank. For more than 3 months I struggled to set up an appointment with their nurses to do a blood test. Now they have decreased the amount I'm covered for and I can't proceed wit my home loan. They say I must wait until the 23rd for them to change the amount back to the initial amount. If they are not debuting your account on the date they want they are not offering service.</p>
