Lack of responsible

<p>I sent a request about 4 days requesting cancellation of insurance on my building and went on to provide proof of insurance from Momentum which will be effective from the 27th , all I'm asking for is acknowledgement...Why do insurance if you can respect TAT??? I will not pay double insurance this month, please give me confirmation of cancellation.</p>
