lack of feedback and request not honored

<p>i had an issue and reversed my premium which resulted in the policy being cancelled.i called to reinstate and i was told i cant, a new policy needs to be done. though everything was the same, premiums increased. i was not impressed with that at all.then i received my docs and saw that the value was market and not retail, i sent the sales agent an email asking her to advise what the premium would be if i rectify that, she never responded. i called yesterday to change the commencement date and the person i spoke to couldnt help for some odd reason. he told me he will ask the sales lady to do it, till now i have not received confirmation that my request has been honored. what is going on, is this service?? not impressed at all. can someone call me to discuss.</p>
