Lack of accountability/no responses

I had a break in in my rental property on the 8th of November and I experienced such poor service with standrd bank that at some point i burst into tears out of frustration. In the four weeks that the claim has been with standard bank i donot receive feedback and only get told after many phonecalls that there are outstanding documents.

The claim assessor was dispatched only three weeks into the claim and even then there was many phone calls that i had already made to establish the progress on the claim.Standard bank also has no specified turn around time so each time i ask when i can expect feedback all i ever hear is i dont know mam....how do you run a business without stipulated turn around time, how do you hold your service providers accountable if the turn around time for any service can be a day to a year.I have sent standard bank a letter complianing about the service i have received and its now two weeks since i put the complaint and i have not seen any improvemnts in the service. The last complaint i laid was that the always indicate theres outstanding documentation and i dont even get an email about these required documents and only find out abouot them when i call them.If i dont call there would be zero progress on my claim.I was asked to submit a water utility bill which i did and it states 13kl used for the month and they are saying the water usage is too small. What???how many liters do you want ?13kl is enough to used by an average family of four. What do these people want?

I am worried that with rate that they are going i will lose another rental in January which will pu t me under severe financial stress, there is no sense of urgency or even care.I was promised things would change after my complaint but nothing has changed.I am thinking of moving all my insurances and policies from standard bank as this means my life isx in very risky hands.Hello Peter i know youor service is very efficient please help me sort this out.My property may get broken into again as the claim delays and securing a tenant becomes harder.
