Keep up with the times Standard Bank Insurance...******* Are!

Long story short - on Sunday the 14/04/2019 ******* gained access to my sisters car using a jamming device. My handbag with 3 cell phones (mine and 2 childrens) were ****** from the boot of the vehicle. On Monday 15/04/2019, I submitted an insurance claim with Standard Bank Insurance for the replacement of our cell phones and to my surprise the claim was rejected due to a clause in the policy stating that where there is no sign of forced entry that cannot warrant a claim. My questions to Standard Bank Insurance is with theives evolving using technology like jamming/******** devises to gain access to our property/vehicles or bank accounts, when is are you as Std going to accommodate such claims as ******* are evolving? *****ing from someone does not necessarily mean it has to be forced entry!By virtue of someone taking something that does not belong to them using a devise to gain access to your property/vehicle or bank account without your consent would definitly qualify as *****t irrespective of how they obtained entry to an individuals belonging. Well, its typical insurance tactics in that STD Insurance look for ways not to payout claims rather then to serve the purpose of rendering for clients loss due to a theft. Futhermore, can Standard Bank please define forced entry? I want to make STD famous, i will be logging a call with 702 and is going to dispute this with the ombudsman of short term insurance, for an accountable executive to explain what is defined as ***** and forced entry!!
