Took out a scratch and Dent policy. Upon claiming I'm sent from piller to post. They say I need to have a quote that will not exceed R3000 for my scratched rims

No one told me in covered for a maximum of R3000 when I signed up. I've asked them to pay the R3000 and I'll pay the remaining amount. They declined saying SMART doesn't allow that imagine. I am not happy as I've been waiting for their response since August.
