I would like to thank Belinda Van Schoor for a wonderful service, I have been in contact with standard bank insurer for about 2 and half month trying to cancel the shortfall cover, the cover was cancelled in December, but the premium continued to be collected for December and January, and every time I made follow up, I will be transferred to different numbers from one person to another to no vain, until my email reached someone who knows and respect her work, and assisted me. my money for the two month was refunded, all thanks to Belinda for her determination to serve.
