Job well done

I would like to thank Ms Phumzile Ngcombela who after receiving my claim did not waste any time and got to it. She listened to everything I had to say and responded with confidence as she knew what she was talking about. Ms Ngcombela is a person with knowledge on what she does and she advises you on what might/will happen so you not left in the dark. She followed up with me on every detail. She is friendly and if I must say she made me feel comfortable talking to her. Thank you Ms Ngcombela for a job well done and if only Standard Bank Insurance can have many of the Ms Ngcombelas to make each and every customers day a bearable one when dealing with claims.
