I've been trying to cancel my insurance policy with Standard bank insurance

I've been trying to cancel my insurance policy with Standard bank insurance. I'm not happy with their customer service and waiting for feedback 😕 . Now am I being told I'll need to waiting for up to 10 days for a consultant to get back to me. When I phone their no one available to help. It's very frustrating. I'm done with them.
