Its never about wrong or right party

On 5th January 2018 I have seen Arangies Inc. Attorneys it was unsuccessful spoke to spoke to Lindsay from liability I told her it was unsuccessful and that im still not happy Tania fromArangies Inc. Attorneys was also not very helpfull in the matter I have asked her why her client didn't stop at the stop street or at the middle man because if she did stop at both place the accident could have been prevented her answer to me why must she stop at the middle man she dont stop there so why must the client its my responsibility to look out for the other vehicles so yes it is my responsibility and I did look but so must there client also look out and not just drive and feel happy and think she will not cause an accident I got the disclaimer terms and conditions of her policy at Standard bank and there is a lot of points that Arangies Inc. Attorneys did not look at on a legal matter she also stated they went on what the law said but couldnt tell me what the law said only that she has sent it but email so Standard bank leave me no choice but go further in the matter what im going to do on the 8th January 2018 im really disappointed in Standard bank insurance for the way they have resolve it and the communication of how they speak to a person is worst I have an accout at Standard bank and will close my account I dont want to be part of a bank that doesn't care

Just an compliment to Lindsay she did understand my point and try to assist where ever she could

On friday the 5th January 2018 I ask Tania the first question if she have the accident report she told me yes they do have it because im seeing my lawyer today I asked her this morning if I can have copy of the report this is my email and her reply Good morning Tania hope you had a nice weekend . Can you please provide me with a copy of the accident report please I will appreciate . Have a nice day.
