Its crazy how some insurance companies always want to find a reason to pay your claim or pay a portion of the claim. The assessors are under pressure to save the insurer money. If its not PQ, it VAR then average or some form of disclosure.

Six weeks ago i suffred a house breaking. Verious items were ****** and i submited a claim. It took the a whole week to get back to me after i was told there system was off line. The assessor meet with us four weeks later. Two weeks later i get a settlement letter offering to pay half my claim, becuse i not married to my partner. Ive sent emails asking them to explain the reasons in detail and no one could account.
