Isurances Non payment.

I have been doubly insured by Standard bank home insurance and Budget. I have cancelled both insurances and requested for 50percent reimbur*****t of my contributions from both insurances, after waiting for three weeks they tell me neither is going to reimburse me because the erf numbers(risk address) differs. I wrote Budget email telling them to correct the erf number to match that of Standard bank but they've never returned to me since. I sent them the municipality statement with street address as proof that it isthe same house but both the insurance companies are not prepared to pay out.Theyve been ignoring for two weeks now. This is proof that most insurance companies look for reasons not to pay out when its pay back time? Mariap443084
