ISIL sucks

This company sucks and disrespect its client. I called in to check the progress on my burglary claim. Up to date no one contacted me. I do phone them and Ntswaki lately said she will ask Unity to call me. I did a follow up with an email. Four of my emails never got answered. And I am not allowed to call President Unity. He will call me.. He only allow emails that he does not respond to. I am. So ****ed. Right now I am renting a house while awaiting my house to be fixed. Paying for a bond and rent.
