Is this a Reall Company??

What is going on? Does anyone work there? If you are not capable of running this insurance company maybe you should close your doors. It is a waste of time registering my claim, trying to call a call center where the phone does not get answered, log a complaint that nobody follows up with no matter how many complaints are logged. I fear that even writing my second complaint here on Hello Peter wont have any effect. I will contact the Insurance Ombudsman as this is not a normal practice within an insurance company. The shocking lack of service and disrespect for Your Clients is utterly dreadful from a company of this size.
