Is Standard Bank Home Insurance dodging claims?

For more than a week I have tried to register a claim and submit an Invoice regarding a leaking geyser. Every time I call STANDARD BANK INSURANCE I get "WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING HIGH CALL VOLUMES" this happens from first thing in the morning, till the end of the day. So when should I call to do my claim, as I have held on each time for over 20 minutes. I have phoned the complaints department 3 times who promised to give a message to the claims department to contact me. NO CALL. I have been given and tried different numbers and each time I get put through to "WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING HIGH CALL VOLUMES". I have also been given five different email addresses: Each one has been returned to me: The following recipient(s) cannot be reached: ********** on 2017/12/03 01:31 PM 501 5.1.3 Bad recipient address syntax The following recipient(s) cannot be reached: ********** on 2017/12/04 07:35 AM 554 5.7.1 ********** Recipient address rejected: Domain MX in loopback network I have tried every number I could find for Standard Bank Insurance but although I select the absolute correct choices I still end up getting informed: "SORRY YOU AT THE INCORRECT DEPARTMENT, HOLD ON" and what happens when I get transferred "WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING HIGH CALL VOLUMES", and once again NOBODY answers. I pay on a monthly basis for my insurance and cant even do a claim! I can only get to the conclusion that Standard Bank Home Owners Insurance are avoiding clients to register claims and frustrate the hell out of them in order for them to decide to pay the damage themselves. Just imagine how much more money they will end up spending and not making huge profit if they were efficient and rendered a good service. Something is off here and needs to be investigated.

Thank you Standard Bank Home Insurance for phoning me and informing me that you will send me a confirmation letter for the geyser damage which I need to sign and return so you can pay out my claim. You did verify my email address and you do have it on record. Still no letter from you?
