Insurance won't pay my claim

I have been struggling to get Standard Bank insurance to pay for any if my claims for the last 10 years ! It is always a fight. I have had unfavorable experiences with the standard bank home insurance for sometime already. I had to replace my roof myself because I couldn't wait any longer for them to come out and fix the problem. Then eventually after months of waiting they STILL as usual rejected the claim. Seems like paying the assessor will be less than paying out the claim? So often I get the same feedback - rejected ! I have emailed the complaints department ,even they have stopped replying to me... The CEO I have also emailed- no response. I am horribly disappointed with this service.
