Insurance useless!

I have insurance with Standard bank, at our house 77 Fenter street Heidelberg. 5 Feb we had extreme storms and our guesthouse was flooded. Our roof in the house gave way and water was sttreaming through the kids' bedroom. December 2021 we had our house roof waterproofed with rubber sealant. This rubber sealant has a warranty of 8 years. The gusethouse roof needed attention, that I wll admit, but the house roff was well mantaained. They sent out an assesor and reported that the house damage was because we did not maintain the roof! This is absolute *******! I can understand the guesthouse, but not the house! I want to move to another insurer and have been waiting almost 2 months for 2 claims history from them. They are exceptionally unprofessional.
